A collection of 20+ pieces of Josephine Baker ephemera including vintage sheet music, vintage magazine covers, newspapers, and more; with some contemporary reproduction photographs and other reproduced material. Housed together in a 16 x 18 x 2 in. contemporary album.

Included are: An issue of French magazine, Le Sourire, dated 26 January 1933 and featuring an image of Baker with a live Cheetah. -- An issue of French magazine, Voila, dated 3 December 1932 and featuring a half-body image of Baker posing nude but covering herself with her arms and hands. -- Sheet music for J'ai Deux Amours, a fox trot sung by Josephine Baker. Paris: Editions Francis Salabert, ca 1930. Cover art features an illustration of Baker with a cheetah behind her. -- Sheet music for The Original Charleston, which Josephine Baker famously danced to at the finale of one of her shows. Paris: Editions Francis Salabert, 1926.
